The Clear Gaze Refund Process: Our Full Firsthand Experience

Why We Tested the Process Ourselves

Guarantees only mean something if the refund process is actually straightforward, so we walked through it firsthand.

Reaching Out

We contacted customer support with our order number and a brief note explaining we wanted to use the guarantee.

What Support Asked For

Support confirmed our order details and walked us through the current return/refund steps listed on the official order page.

Timeline

Refund processing timelines can vary and are set by the official Clear Gaze store — always check the current terms at checkout.

Our Overall Impression

The process was no more complicated than a typical online retailer's return process.
